Finding your golf form starts with building a solid foundation from the ground up, beginning with an athletic and stable stance. You should stand with your feet roughly shoulder-width apart and your weight evenly distributed between the balls of your feet and your heels so you don’t feel like you’re leaning too far in any direction. Instead of slouching or standing too straight, you should bend forward from your hips while keeping your spine straight and your knees slightly flexed, which creates the space needed for your arms to hang naturally and loosely from your shoulders.
